I had sold my flat in Feb 2025, then I went to npcl office to close electricity connection on my name. I said please adjust my refundable security deposit from the due amount , I will pay the due and then close connection. They said no, you have to pay full amount then it will be closed.
After few months again I sent email asking to let me pay due amount until feb 2025 deducting security deposit and close the connection but they are saying that I have to pay full bill until now. I am supposed to pay the bills till Feb 2025, after that new owner should pay. Property is on the name of new owner but electricity is on my name. Supply is temporarily terminated from Feb, still every month bill is comming on my name.
I have also requested new owner to get connection transfered on his name but he is not responding.

Its like harrasment, npcl is keep on sending new bill every month without power supply, in Feb 2025 it was rs 2400 now it's rs 5000. NPCL is torturing me mentally. Please suggest what should I do now?
