I was booking the air tickets from sastasafer.com New Delhi to Kokatta and just as I made the payment, I recieved a call after 5 minutes from the agency. The person over the call informed that my booking was not done because of the price change and gave me two options 1) refund the payment and 2) Manual booking. I asked to cancel the booking and refund my payment. But She ask Refund is Complete within 15 to20 days i Pay more and Book My ticket But after complete Booking my PNR Never Match with Air Line web sight ( Indigo) i call to customer care she ask Your Booking Show on Indigo sight 10 hour before fly i was very much annoyed then she give a company pnr but when i open i was shocked there is more then 21 passenger in one PNR and she ask that why we are provide cheapest rate But realty is not any Difference in other sight even Indigo Direct Give best offer compare to sastasafer.com.
