Respected Sir/ Madam,

I stayed at beliv stays for my official work from 6th may till 16th of may, while checkout they said your laundry hasnt come and we shall deliver you shortly.

Its been 13 days they aint willing to give my clothes, Later they said they will give Rs 500 per pant and Rs 600 per shirt, However the actual cost of my clothes is much more higher.

When I called the hotel owner today, he spoke to me angrily and denied to return my clothes.

Respected sir/ma'am, I have opted for laundry services - Agrawal launders, through which in September, 2024 I lost my 3 clothes - 2 tshirts and 1 pant, one of the tshirts costed 9999/-, for which I also submitted the bill to them.
