Hi .. i am Pallavi Chandak, a resident of Noida sector 76. Recently on Monday, I went to the Salon salon in spectrum Mall located in Noida sector 50 and there was a Salon Be u luxe unisex salon withholding in the mall, claiming that it is the same brand which appeared on shark Tank last year. Trusting the name and the brand I took services from them on Monday costing to ₹3000 and today on Thursday when I didn’t get the desired results. I thought of complaining to the main website Owner of the brand shown on shark Tank. Then I came to know that the whole shop running inside Shop spectrum Mall is a fraud. They have not been to shark Tank and they are a local Salon, which is just using the name of the brand, which appeared on shark Tank. I have lost my ₹3000, and God knows what they have done to my hair, so I really want to take some strict action against the Shop, and I also want my money back because they are using somebody else’s name and cheating people..
there are other google reviews on their page who have also faced bad services like me. please help me get my money back

  • Police Complaint: Visit your local police station and file an FIR for fraud and cheating due to misuse of a registered brand name and poor service.
  • Post honest reviews on Google Reviews, Justdial, and social media warning others.
  • Tag the real brand shown on Shark Tank (if known) on social media to alert them of brand misuse.
  • File a case in the consumer court under the Consumer Protection Act citing deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
  • You may consult a lawyer or get help from consumer rights groups.
