My builder supplied bath and other fittings of Jaquar make purchasing from Gujarat Traders, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. I needed extra fittings so I also bought from same dealer and he supplied altogether. I never got bills for the purchase or Guarantee cards.
In May 2026 one of my WC flush cock had problem so called service center, they sent technician who said internal parts needs to be changed as they are damaged. I agreed, he changed and charged me 2430/- for parts saying my warrantee does not cover it, it is valid for 6 months only.
Jaquar warrantee card says 10 years so this is cheating with customers.
