2times cancelled my bus ticket , and 2nd one is cancelled on trip day .
i called customer care support and they are telling like that by mistake send cancellation msg send from the travel agency and what ever they are given contact number that is also invalid .
After i received cancellation msg then i asked for refund they are telling like i will check and confirm .
