As I had previously registered my complaint with the consumer helpline with docket no. 7715798, my complaint was closed there with the statement that the network improvement work in this area is in progress. However, I would like to bring to your attention once again that I have been complaining for nearly 18 months, and I want to say or request from Airtel company that if the network cannot be improved immediately, then my bills for the past 18 months should be waived or halved, as I have been paying the full bills without being able to avail of Airtel's services during my office hours.
