मेरा Axis Bank से पर्सनल लोन और क्रेडिट कार्ड था जो written off में चला गया था मैने उसको पूरा पेमेंट कर दिया जो 8 माह हो गया है लेकिन मेरा सिबिल रिपोर्ट में लोन का status में written off hi show कर रहा है बैंक ने हमे NOC भी दे दिया है बैंक को हमने मेल भी किया था लेकिन उनके तरफ से कोई काम इसपर नहीं हो रहा है। कृप्या मेरी मदद की जाए।

We understand that the Axis Bank has not responded to your emails, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents like no due certificate.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Axis Bank, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and remove your name from the CIBIL records. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
