My mother Kamlesh Tyagi got alloted C 45/08, flat of awas vikas in sect -11 extentiosn jagriti vihar Meerut.
We are payign EMI from last 5 years with not a single EMI missed.

House got alloted approx 2 years back with no facility to live in. Problems

1) All water tanks has been destroyed from day 1, All were stolen.
2) Water flow continously towards waste through walls, destroying building including dampness inside house.
3) Wires were removed from the inner wiring . People stolen all the wirings . Two days back we repeaired and again it was stolen.
4) There are no proper boundary done, even amount was asked for same and it was given.
5) It is now goons place in night. They drink smoke weeds in the unalloted flats.
6) Gave written complain last year in Awas vikas Meerut, but there is no action.
7) Sent multiple emails , no response. No customer care number to connect.


FIR should be rasied against awas vikas for not maintaing the basic facilities.

I want my all the money back which we submitted.
