We have an NGO (All India Disabled Rehabilitation Educational Institute) running in Nashik for specially abled children and our school bus as equipped with GPS tracking device of Autoworlypro company based in Delhi. The device is not working from past 50 days also logged a complaint to the service center and concern person. We are having serious problem with this situation as the parents of our students depend on this tracking system. Insite of several reminders company is not looking into it. The system is down from long time which is causing problem for our daily school routine. Would you please look into it. We understand that the Autoworlypro has not responded to your repair request of the tracking devices.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Autoworlypro, asking for the resolution of your issue. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
