I called the Koramangala Service manager today, he says that he has not received any update from the backend team.

Your stating that you haven't received an update from the Service team.

What is the confusion between both the parties??

At the end of the day it's the customer that is put through all this troubles.

It's been nearly 40 days since i raised the ticket for Application Syncing. And 5 days since i left the vehicle at the service center after the vehicle was reported dead after the software update done at the service center.

When will i get my vehicle back in working condition?
