Hello Sir,
I Purchased Asus TUF F15 Laptop last year , on 21 Sep 2025 it suddenly stopped working ,
I visited the Service center and they checked the laptop and told me to raise complaint online and engineer will come to my location with required material/part ,
as per online complaint date of solution is 26 sep 2025 , but todays date is 10 oct 2025 and still issue is not resolved and asus also not providing date of support ,
whenever i call to customer care they tell we are waiting for part and we cannot provide you the date of part availability , when i discussed to service center they told me that we have same issue for 3 laptops of same series , also costumer care representative puts call on hold and cut it after waiting of 5-10 mins ,
sir please support for this issue.
