Hi team,
I have placed the order on June 30th of 2026, till now I didn’t received my product. Sales person Mr. Rajkumar ecode: 8101837 is not giving proper response and the product is still with Bluedart under AWB : 53667255180 and I have raised a complaint to customer care, complaint no: CM-060726-74758809 and till no response. Is this the way your company treat your customers. I need a compensation with my product or will take this issue to consumer court for further action. I’m attaching my bill copy for your reference. Password to open the bill is last 5 digit of my mobile number which is 30802 and my registered mobile no : 7358230802. I need a solution for this issue else will file a case in consumer court for sure
