Dear Team,

I have placed a medicines order for an ailing heart and kidney patient.Order was placed on 31st Aug.They have marked as delivered in app but I didn't receive the order yet.

Numerous calls and still no response.No case of refund too.All I hear from them is backend team is working on it.
