Sir,
I use to buy medcines and baby products from apollo since many years in Hyderabad . Recently I buyed apollo essential baby diapers online order# 350503817 05/06/26 in bulk I.e 116pcs for my son who is just 8months old. I would like to inform you that quality is not good and all cotton from diapers are coming out , same has been informed to customer care they are least bothered and reckless answer to contact manufacturers. I already buyed before 10pc pack and that quality’s is very good, after that I buyed in bulk quantity.And also Customer care executive are replying if you open pack we can’t return back product, who know the product is good quality or not without opening package.Same has been informed to manufacturing company “ PAN Health care pvt Ltd” there is no responce at all from manufacturing company.
Hereby request you to take necessary action against apollo 24*7 .
