I have ordered some 14 items in JIO mart Online Application amounting Rs 2397.01 on 28.06.2026 by paying through my credit card and estimated delivery was showing 6:58 p.m. on 28.06.2026 but still my order has not been delivered, neither it is allowing to cancel my order.I have visited Jio mart which is in Plutone mall Rourkela on 01.07.2026 for the issue but they have also not able to help me. My order no is JM6A411A7601F6080B1E. Please help me to get the products and fine them .I have made online complaint also to Jio vide complaint number 782918662629,782750918135,782661827385 but is of no use and also called Jio toll free number but all goes vain . Please find the screenshot and screen recordings.
