I wanted to book a flight on indigo airlines wherein I selected a site sastasafar.com and did a UIP payment of Rs 22318, payment was debited but I did not receive flight ticket and the status showed booking progress for more than one hour. When I called the sastasafar site customer care they told me that only return ticket is booked and there is rate increase of flight hence we have to rebook onward ticket with new rate etc, Now I have asked for a refund but there is no email reply or response.
