I have purchased AMC(Anual Maintenance Contract ) 1999 from royal enfield website on oct 29, 2025. When I tried to give my bike for service they informed me that I don't have AMC linked to my account. I contacted customer care on 01 Nov, 2025. They told me that they can see my purchase but not activated yet. From that day every day I am calling to customer care, they are telling me same story and asking me to wait for few more days. I requested them to cancel my purchase if possible so that I can purchase it in offline mode, They are saying that is also not possible. Worst experience with royal enfield.
