I am writing to formally complain regarding the poor and delayed service from your company. My service request has been pending for a long time, and despite multiple follow-ups, no proper solution has been provided yet.
Due to this unsatisfactory experience and lack of support, I would like to request the immediate cancellation of my AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). I also request a full refund of the AMC amount paid by me, as the promised services have not been delivered properly.

I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and process my AMC cancellation along with the refund amount at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through consumer complaint authorities.
