I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed on 24th September 2025 using Amazon Pay Later with EMI. Despite the transaction being approved and a processing fee of ₹62 already charged, the parcel has not been delivered to date.
What’s more concerning is that my first EMI is scheduled for 5th October 2025, and I am being charged for a product I have not received. This situation has caused not only financial inconvenience but also significant mental distress and wasted time in trying to resolve the issue.
I request the following actions from your end:

I am a middle-class working individual, and every day is a struggle to earn my daily bread and butter. I had scheduled the delivery of my order placed on 24th September 2025 during my weekly off, expecting it to arrive on time. Unfortunately, the parcel has still not been delivered, which is extremely disappointing.
As a responsible seller, it is your duty to ensure timely delivery. I will be working continuously from 4th to 8th October 2025 (Saturday to Wednesday) and will not be available at my registered address during that period.
If the parcel is scheduled for delivery during these dates, I request you to kindly deliver it to my sister’s address instead. Please contact me in advance so I can share her details.
This delay has already caused me financial inconvenience, mental stress, and wasted time. I urge you to resolve this matter urgently and ensure the parcel reaches me without further trouble.
