I ordered a camera worth 97000 from Amazon. It was supposed to be an open box delivery but it was not communicated to me. Also, it only mentioned a doorstep service fee. Now, the delivery agent vehemently asked for an OTP before handing over the product to me, this was recorded by me on my phone. I gave the OTP and the delivery agent went away. I then found out they delivered a different product. It is a camera model worth 77000 and not the one that I ordered. Amazon is saying it is an open box delivery so no return or replacement. What should I do now?
