I have ordered oneplus 15 but on the place of that I have received samsung cheap model that is also broken and damaged and defective so I have connected with amazon team about the same they said they are investigating this matter but on today night I have received email from ofm team that they have closed my amazon account stating that I have taken soo much refund on return orders but I am new user and I have never use amazon in past so I have told to them I am new but they are not helping me .and I do not have unboxing becuz my father unboxed it he ordered it usually he order everything from flipkart but this phone is not available on Flipkart so he ordered from flipkart and amazon thuged him so I need help from you guys plz help me
