This complaint is written regarding the issue in which Amazon customer care agents told me lies and made me order a product and told me afterward no difference refund can be issued.so I ordered a product on 12june and it was cancelled automatically on 13june and when i asked customer care they told me that it was cancelled due to damaged product. They told me that they will tell the seller to place the order again and I will get the confirmation within 24 hours but there was no confirmation and then I again talked with them they told seller will place the order within 48 hours I will receive the confirmation mail but again there was no email so I talked with them again they told me to order the product again but the product was no available on Amazon. There was a product with different name but same product which was cancelled before so I talked with them they told me to order the product and pay for it because I will receive the difference refund after the product is delivered but when I received the product and talked with Amazon agent they told me that I didn't get a email for confirmation of refund promise so they can't refund the money. I talked with the senior escalation desk agents named anushka D and nandini they told me it's against their policy and they can't refund me the amount please help me with this issue
