amazon refund lost in transit and do not refund money

I need urgent help.
I ordered a Samsung 990 EVO Plus 4TB SSD from the official
@SamsungIndia store on @amazonIN
.
The SSD arrived dead.

Amazon first told me to contact Samsung. Samsung asked me to travel 150+ km, which I cannot.
Then Amazon assured me, “We will refund you.”

On 13 Nov, Amazon’s pickup agent came, checked serial number, took photos, verified everything, and then accepted the return.

A few days later, the status changed to “Item lost in transit.”
Now @amazonIN & @AmazonHelp
are claiming I sent a wrong item, which is impossible because their own agent verified it before pickup.

This SSD cost me ₹29,000 — a huge amount for me.
I just want my refund. 🙏
