On 5th a placed order shoe was delivered and due to quality issue I raised the return.
First, pick-up was scheduled on 8th June, unfortunately the pickup was not done and false communication updated as "Customer was not available or Pick-up was not ready. Where there were no communication received from the pickup guy.

On 9th Jun again the pick-up was scheduled but no communication received so far from the pick-up person.
I connected to call center support team they spoke in such an arrogant way which is not expected from a reputative org.

I asked for complaint details for non adherence of pick-up scheduled no complaint details shared nor any email communication provided.

I want complete compensation for mental agony and with the complete product refund without fail before 10th of Jun.
