Hello, Greetings for the day!
I ordered a vacuum cleaner for home on 2nd June 2026. It wasn't delivered initially on the delivery date, later it shows the status as 'Cancelled and Returned '. Hence I placed reorder on 4th June. Unfortunately both products were marked for delivery on 5th June 2026 with single OTP.

I informed the delivery person about this hence he took one product with him (404-2827047-3001944) and delivered one product alone. As both products are having single OTP, he marked as delivered. I immediately informed this to Amazon's customer service. They told it will 2 days for action call back later 2days to know the status

When I placed call to know the status, they are telling that they can refund and also I will not get my product too as the order is marked as delivered. They are asking me why you given OTP whose fault here, they only provided one OTP for both, how can this comes into my fault. The product cost is ₹4299. Please help me on this
