I ordered Chandra Wooden Money Saving Box, Brown Finish, Daily Savings Tracker, Educational Piggy Bank for Home CTC_85_Money_Bank_10000 for Order Number # 404-8186118-7544347 but the quality was the Issues so raised return request on same day.
I tried asking for refund on calls multiple times and they kept on saying we are creating a return request and refund can be Issued incase 3 times the request failed. When I called them further i.e. 4th time they said an Investigation has been raised and refund will be Issued in 3-4 days.
Now when I calling they are saying we tried pick up but you were not responding to our delivery person call (which I feel was not done). Neither someone came at my place for pick up. I asked them share proof of calls you made me or resend the deliver guys or show me some proof that delivery guy came for pickup at my place but they are not ready to share that.
I still have item with me, I need help here to either refund or pick up and refund my money back.
