I recently purchased Crossbeat roadeye DC-01 dashcam which is an open box delivery and paid online of around 3599+99 for open box delivery.
Problem: It has missing accessories in the box. The dashcam doesn't have 1x car charger, 1x3M sticky mount, 5x wiring buckle.
Even Though it is an open box delivery and the product has been delivered to my family who doesn't know what are the items to check and the delivery agent has collected the OTP to complete the order.
After I checked the product I found that these items are missing. I thought about raising it for replacement in amazon since it has a 10 days replacement policy. But unfortunately that is not available and it redirected me to their Customer Support.
During the Customer Support call they agreed that the images were uploaded during open box delivery and when I asked them to check those images to cross verify it. They denied stating since the open box delivery policy doesn't allow them to view the issue in detail and hence they can't issue replacement or refund.
Now the product sits with me without any use. I asked them the purpose of customer support is to resolve these kind of hindrances and you cannot expect everyone to be aware about the open box delivery policy. When it was delivered to the family member who doesn't know what's inside the box they'll accept it and that's natural but if you're not even ready to investigate I doubt if they're actually thinking about their customers.
With due respect I need this to be addressed and I'm looking forward for a product replacement or help me with a refund before I take this to the consumer forum. I've attached necessary proofs right from the product page, delivery page, your cs call recordings everything.
