Hi,
My name is Meenakshi patil I have ordered a fan with LED light from Amazon on credit card and the same was converted into emi.
Instead of fan I have received plastic spoon which I have place order back they received what they have sent now they are telling that they can't give refund as they have received the wrong item.
And the cancelled my refund and is saying that it's amazon verdict that I will not receive the refund.
Pls help
