Hi Team,
I am writing this with deep concern regarding customer health and safety.
My wife is currently in the early pregnancy planning stage, and as advised by our doctor, she has been eating eggs and paneer regularly for proper nutrition. She has also crossed her expected menstrual cycle date, so we were very hopeful.
On 17th July, I ordered eggs and paneer through Amazon.
My wife consumed one egg without any issue. However, when she peeled and cut the second egg, we found that it was spoiled from the inside (images attached). Naturally, she became very scared and immediately tried to vomit because she had already eaten one egg.
The same day, when I opened the paneer for her, it felt unusually hard, almost like rubber. On checking the packaging, I found that the paneer had already expired. I have attached images of the packaging showing the expiry date.
Today, unfortunately, my wife got her periods. I am not claiming that the spoiled egg or expired paneer is the reason. However, serving spoiled and expired food products is a serious matter that puts customers' health at risk, especially in sensitive situations like pregnancy planning.
What is even more disappointing is that I tried to contact Amazon Customer Support immediately, but the support page kept loading and I was unable to connect with any representative. This added to an already stressful situation.
I would like Amazon to explain:
I request your immediate attention to this issue.
Thank you.

I would like Amazon to explain:
- How were spoiled eggs and expired paneer delivered to a customer?
- Who is responsible for such a serious lapse in quality checks?
- What action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else?
I request your immediate attention to this issue.
Thank you.
