My name is Divyank Sharma I ordered a led tv on 21 Aprail, they didinot delivered it and marked it as delivered on 2 May 2026 i raise a complaint to Customer service they did an enquiry and say we can not do anything as the product is delivered, as this is prepaid order request an secured otp for delivery, without any call or message the product marked as delivered i have mailed them and also to grievence officer they did the same take time and said product is delivered i also raised a complaint in consumer court but where Amazon said the same reply what should i do i am frustrated
