I ordered HP Laptop on 6th July and it was supposed to be delivered on 12th july. On 12th july we also spoke to amazon customer care and they assured you will get your order within 24 hrs. B y 13th morning it was showing delivered which we have not received. amazon agants said we cant help you in this. we have 24*7 camera on our mail door. We are ready to give all proof but nobody is helping us. Please look into this matter, its our hard earned money. Some serious fraud is going on in amazon.
