I have ordered Oneplus mobile from Amazon on 10/10/2026 and delivery date was 11/10/2026. Even continue follow up with delivery boy and Amazon customer care parcel os not getting me. Delivery boy speaking aurogant. Really frustrated due to this approach of Amazon
 
I had ordered one combo set of two trolley bag brand assembly rover vide order id 407-2655035-5782707 dated 14/10/2026.While product was delivered on 25/10/2026 it was found that package contains only one trolley bag.it was immediately informed to Amazon customer care where I was told to raise a token for return which I did promptly.
The person came to collect return package refuse to accept as it contains one trolley bag... the very reason it was being return.
IIt was again informed to Amazon customer care where I was told to wait till 30/10 for Redressal. Now I am being told that nothing can be done & seller has send both the trolley bag. It does not matter how many I received as customer.
Request concern to kindly review & provide fair Redressal.
