I had ordered a Macbook from Amazon -

Product - Apple 2026 MacBook Neo 13" Laptop with A18 Pro chip
Amazon marked the package as Item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller. Even though I did not get any message from the courier person. I called up amazon customer care person immediately. They said that they will escalate it internally and will try to deliver the laptop within 24 hours. But nothing was done.
I got my refund amount.
So I ordered the laptop again.

Today it was marked as out for delivery and then suddenly the status changed to Item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller.
Same thing is being done for the other order as well. I have taken time off from work to be available to receive courier but Amazon is for some reason refusiing to deliver the laptop. This has really stressed me out.
