This order has been delivered on 13/04/2026.
Issues I have faced
1. Damaged box.
2. 3/4 parts are missing
3. Return not accepting earlier.
4.wrong information by customer support team.
5. Replacement not accepting.
6. After accepting return, re order not accepting.
My question is amazon is verifying the order before it's delivery or not?
If yes then what happened this time?.
Now the order has been returned but amazon.in is not initiating the refund. As per the tracker return completed on 20th April
After that 9 days completed and no refund has been initiated.
