This is regarding a delivery of an item, Amazon In. Order # 407-5716811-2859517, invoice and order # are as attached, that I as the customer did not take delivery off, however, Amazon has marked it as delivered and billed me for the same. Amazon's Specialist team have sighted that they contacted the courier and that the item was present as confirmed by the scans at their delivery warehouse facility. However, when I told them that I did not take delivery of the item in question, they simply said they cannot do anything from their end and that I can escalate the matter outside existing Amazon channels. Unfortunately, I have not received any support or help with my case from Amazon India regarding this particular order. The issue was first raised on Dec 25th, last year and I had requested either a refund or a new unit to be sent over to make me whole. it would appear that Amazon India is placing the responsibility for their poor product delivery controls on the consumer.
