Hi,
I had placed an order (Order # 171-1037733-9601926) for "Sound Tech 950 Mbps USB WiFi dapter Wireless Network Receiver Dongle for Laptop Desktop Support Windows XP/7/8/10 nd MAC OS" for which i made online payment.
I have not received the item so far. However in Amazon App status of above order shows as "Delivered 21 June" with the remark "Package was handed directly to a security guard".
Funniest part is our building doesn't have a security guard.
As such you are requested to arrange for delivery of above consignment at the earliest.
Earlier also four nos of COD consignments ( Order No:408-8151555-2982721, 408-4235644-8199503, 408-3568115-5141939, 408-0190744-6659506) returned stating some vague reasons by the delivery agents as per their convenience. As such actions of delivery agents tarnish the image of Amazon. Please take appropriate actions on respective delivery agents to avoid such lapses in future.

Thread 'Order not received, App showing its delivered.'

In reference to order no 149927763977602945 from Meesho. I was supoosed to receive an order on may 11th, 2025. I have been waiting for it since long and suddenly I received a notification that my order is delivered. I didn't receive a single call from them regarding address or anything. This same incident is happening with me second time, when I've ordered a prepaid item and they said while delivering they have confirmed it with OTP. I've CCTV recording of the whole day that noboday showed up on my door. Infact I received an OTP at 7:30pm while they claimed that they have delivered it at...
