This is to inform you that I have purchased a aer metic room freshner from Amazon on 8 june 2026 for which i requested for a return same day as it was not working since the day it is delivered. It is not either picked up or neither they are ready to refund.. Its been more than a month but no pickup and refund has been provided.. They are making fool to all of us by selling these defective products and not agreeing for a return and refund. I have contacted customer care 8-9 times but they always say that you will get refund in 3-5 days.. For the proof I am attaching the mail snap here. please do the needful.
