I ordered a microfiber cleaning cloth kit from amazon which included 2 cleaning cloth and one Chenille Glove and there it mentioned that the cloth is of 1700 GSM quality but when the order arrived the cloth was clearly not of 1700 gsm, there was a sticker that mentioned 1700gsm but that sticker was applied afterwards by the seller, we called the amazon customer care so they told us that the product is non returnable, I was okay with it because it was mentioned on the product page, so i asked for the refund because we were totally unsatisfied with the quality but they refused to refund for the product just because the item cover had a third party sticker which had mentioned 1700 gsm but it was clearly not 1700 gsm and they denied our refund or return. and it was a lot of headache with the customer back and forth and gave me mental stress. So I demand my refund of Rs. 242 /- and Compensation of Rs. 2000 /- for inconvenience, time wasted and mental stress caused to me.
