I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious and recurring issue regarding Amazon deliveries in my area, which has remained unresolved despite repeated complaints.
For the past 6 to 8 months, the delivery associates and the Amazon Delivery Hub at Chitradurga have consistently refused to provide doorstep delivery for my orders. Instead of attempting delivery to my address, they frequently ask me to travel and collect the parcels from another location. On several occasions, my orders have even been returned to the seller without my knowledge or consent, causing significant inconvenience, delays, and financial loss.
During this period, I have contacted Amazon Customer Care more than 50 times to report the issue. Although I was repeatedly assured that the matter would be resolved, no permanent action has been taken. The same problem continues with every order, indicating a complete failure in addressing customer grievances.
As a loyal Amazon customer, I expect the service that I pay for. Denial of doorstep delivery without a valid reason is unacceptable and contrary to the standards that Amazon promises its customers.

I sincerely hope this matter will receive your personal attention and be resolved at the earliest. If the issue continues despite this representation, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities for deficiency in service.

- Take appropriate disciplinary action against those responsible if negligence or misconduct is established.
- Provide me with a written response explaining the action taken to resolve this issue permanently.
- If not possible, remove the pin code so we can not book orders.
