I would like to raise a concern that shivneri busses are continuously merged with different timings which is creating lot of problems to everyone. They merge times and people loose their originally booked seats online. Is merging of the buses actually allowed by any official circular, if so I would like a copy and if they are illegally carrying on this activity. I would like someone to look into this.
