I placed my order on 6th December and its has been progressively delayed. I was supposed to get it on 11th december first hen it was delayed to 13th, then 16th, then 19th and then 22nd. I wanted to see the updates and checked it on the app on 20th and it says that a refund is initiated. I did not get an intimation, neither was I informed. I called the customer care several times all this time and even on 20th and he told me that the return is initiated from there end. So neither did I get the product delivered, nor was i informed of the return. Not only this, the prepaid amount that i paid was 587 and through total amount refundable shown to me is 558, which is void the 29 rupees they charge as additional convenience fee. The convenience fee is non refundable during a return as per their policy. So the problem is that I did not get my product and I did not file for the return. This was done arbitrarily by them and now they've also subtracted the 29 rupees.
