I am writing to file a complaint against Ajio, a leading e-commerce platform, for delivering a wrong order and failing to respond to my repeated emails and complaints.

After requesting them to change logistics / delivery partner again they have shared details for :-

Exchange ID - EX0037631267

Despite multiple emails and complaints, Ajio has failed to respond exchange saying logistics issue or take any action to resolve this issue. I request the consumer court to take necessary action against Ajio for their negligence and deficiency in service.
