Dear AJIO Customer Care Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent order I received from your Online website. I wanted ordered a pair of skirts and the package was delivered on 20nd may. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered a torn and dusty jeans which I didn't order at all. This is very disappointing, and I want immediate actions on it regarding the order which I received.

I kindly request a return your delivery and refunds of the item. I have attached photos of the damaged jeans for your reference.

Please let me know how to proceed with the return process. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
