Subject: Complaint Against Airtel Wi-Fi Billing and Harassment Calls


Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing this email to lodge a complaint against Airtel Broadband Services regarding repeated harassment calls and false billing.


I have not used the Airtel Wi-Fi connection for which they are now demanding payment. Despite clearly informing them that I have discontinued the service, I keep receiving multiple phone calls from Airtel agents asking me to pay their bills. They are also threatening me by saying that my CIBIL score will be affected, which is causing me severe stress and loss of sleep.

I work in night shifts, and their repeated calls during the day disturb my sleep and affect my mental health due to these i want to comit suside. I request the Consumer Court to kindly intervene and direct Airtel to stop this harassment and close the false billing account immediately.


This issue has caused me extreme distress, and I sincerely hope the authorities will take prompt action to resolve it.
