Sir this is sreenath Chowdary from anantapur resident of sbi colony near jntu anantapur Regarding the Airtel fibre wifi connection I taken airtel connection on june 11 starting from day 1 I am not getting wifi I called so many times to customer care but they are not solved the problem.then I decide to disconnect the connection.
On 21 st june I requested so many times to customer care they said that 3 working days the disconnection will complete and amount is refunded by company.it has over 10 days no one has came to take their boxes and refunded amount.

Today means 30 th june I called for refund and setup box return they are saying that refund will be done 45 days .they did not mention these terms in bill invoice I am frustrated with their service the worst service I am totally dissatisfied with their service.i request you please compensate min 20000 from the Airtel company due to their negligence and non responsive with the customer.i lost my work due to non wifi network and their service
