I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of resolution regarding my DTH and Wi-Fi services, which have not been functioning properly for the past week.

Despite raising a complaint and following up multiple times, there has been no meaningful action taken to resolve the issue. This prolonged disruption has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering the reliance on these services for work and daily activities.

I request immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution without further delay. Kindly escalate this issue to the concerned department and arrange for a technician visit or corrective action as soon as possible.
