Dear Sir/Madam,
Despite I made escalation to the Airtel Appellate, my issue has not yet been resolved and due to their uneducated staff, I am suffering, as the Service Engineers are not speaking to customer in polite manner and due to that customer is getting mentally harassed.
Since I don't have an option to attach the document, sharing the mail trail with Airtel.

Is there anyone from the senior leadership looking to the below?
There is no point in escalating till level 3 because till not I have not received the product for which I had paid for.
Let me remind you all that, it has also crossed your standard TAT after raising the request, as per your standard TAT, I should get the IPTV within 48 hours, however it’s almost 4 days now & now one is serious about my concern.
Regards,
Pravin

Now, I got a call from Mr. Pravin Bad Contact No – 96898 93451 at 05.10pm asking that whether the IPTV has been installed at my home or not, whereas he only called me this morning & gave a commitment that he will be late & IPTV will get installed between 03.00pm to 04.00pm. Look at the service quality of your team, despite making commitment they neither keep that commitment nor keeping any track on the progress, on top of that speaking rudely with the customer, again felt like he is talking someone as Begger.
This is really ridiculous & now it’s hight of my Petions, today evening my Son has his live shows & we need to reach 15 KM away from our home to attend his play & because of your worst customer service, now we have to wait until your person comes to the home & install the IPTV, how do you compensate this emotional sentiments?
Being senior leaders, I want you to keep some curtesy towards the customer & take some appropriate action to improve your customer services.
Regards,
Pravin

Subject: Bad experience with Pune / Vishrantwadi Airtel Sales & Engineering team
Hi Mr. Amit Tripathi & Ms. Neelam Sachde,
I am writing this email with full of my frustration caused due to the fall’s commitments from your Airtel sales team & on top of that the actual service provider / the Airtel Engineering team which is located at your Pune Vishrantwadi Branch. I really flet that I have been treated as like a “Begger” with no values & apparently it seems that your team doesn’t care about customer’s priority.
The issue started from past couple of months, when I started raising the complaints with Airtel customer service / 198 that I am facing issues in the calling as well as Mobile data/Internet, I made 3-4 complaints with your customer care department & finally decided to go for the Airtel WiFi.
- Last week, I had discussion with your sales team & they committed that, the WiFi will get installed at my place on same day - Sales Person Mr. Ram - contact no 93098 44086.
- He assigned my installation request with your Service Engineer Mr. Sachin – contact no 92058 37462.
- No proper co-ordination within both of them & the modem that was supposed get installed on Saturday got installed on Monday, however the interaction with them made me to think that I made a big mistake & I should shift to some other service providers, like Vi.
- The second scenario when I have been contacted by your Sales team again with the suggestion that I should bundle up all three services (Postpaid numbers, DTG & WiFi) which will also give me some savings in my monthly billing & go for the IPTV, so while discussing with Salesperson Mr. Samir – contact no. 84118 44577 he suggested me to disconnect the DTH from the Airtel Thanks App with the confirmation that my DTH services will not get distracted.
- And on the next day, I found that my DTH services have been shifted from Postpaid to Prepaid & discontinued my DTH services & now my TV is shut down from past three days & the response from your Service Engineer Mr. Pravin Bad Contact No – 96898 93451 is that he is doing a favour to me by using IPTV of some other customer & getting it installed at my place.
- Mr. Pravin called me today at 11.50am & said that whatever you want to do either with customer care of anyone in the Airtel, he will do the IPTV set-up between 3 to 4 PM today & still there is no response on the installation.
Financial impacts to the customer:
- For WiFi installation, I had paid Rs. 1500 in advance & it got installed after 3 days, I agree that, when I placed the request on Saturday with the commitment from your sales team (Ram) saying that it will get installed in 4 hours, they didn’t completed within the agreed time & next day, I had my plans to go outside, hence I had to shift it to Monday & due to that it took 3 days to install.
- For IPTV installation, I had to pay Rs. 978.06 to clear my Postpaid outstanding till 21st July-26 with the commitment that within 24 hours I will get the IPTV installed at my place, which is not yet installed till 24th July-26 & now if I need to use the DTH service, I need to get it recharged with Rs 399.
- Due to this bundle up activity, I have shifted from your priority customer to normal customer, reason for highlighting this because before going with these additional services, whenever I used to call your customer care / 198, my call was getting transferred to the dedicated customer care & now to connect with your customer care, I had to spend 20-30 mints to escalate my issues.
- You can also check my conversation with your customer care agents from past two weeks & get the further details too.
Expectation from the customer:
- Please penalize the peoples that I had shared with you with the contact details by making free Airtel service to me for One year & all my monthly billing charges should be recovered from all the people’s salary till July-2027.
- Otherwise, let me file a case with Consumer Court under the Mental Harassment.
If I summarise the things happened with me in the past two weeks, the employees of the Airtel doesn’t have complete understanding towards the process as well as just to show their collections the sales team make the falls commitments to the customer & on top of that your Service Engineers treat customers as like Begger & provide the service as per their convenient time.
Regards,
Pravin
