Hi Team,
I want to bring to your notice that I recently paid 1500 rs. for the new WiFi Airtel Fiber connection (Connection Request: 0536232128977_wifi, Request ID: 8Q65143A4X) at my home address in Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh on 13th April 2026 - where a sales executive was immediately assigned as soon as I enquired amount the WiFi connection Airtel Fiber. I started receiving messages on my registered mobile number. The executive visited our in an hour and started convincing that if I get the KYC done and pay him the cost - it will be done the same day. He assured me multiple times which I trusted. The executives name is Sheetla Prasad and he even insisted and asked for extra money as a tip if I want to get this WiFi setup as soon as possible.
I didn't like it and immediately stopped him saying that I won't pay a penny to get this setup done and would rather pay the actual 1500 rs fees which is required.
Now, it's more than 2 days and they have been just rescheduling the slots every now and then and pushing it since I already paid them 1500 and refused to pay them on top of this 1500 to expedite it. They are making sure I am frustrated with this behaviour and end up paying them extra instead of following the company's policy and terms with a customer. This is how a company like Airtel is training their ground staff, field engineers, sales executives to deal with customers. Please look into the matter immediately and help me get my full refund of rs. 1500 and take some strict actions against these airtel employees.
