I have been using Airtel Wi-Fi, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

My broadband stopped working, and I raised a complaint on 24th. Even after multiple days, the issue is still unresolved. Every time I call customer care, I get the same response: "We have fewer technical staff, so we're unable to resolve your issue right now."

As a customer, why should I suffer because of Airtel's internal staffing issues? I paid for uninterrupted internet service, not excuses.

The most frustrating part is that despite providing zero service for these days, Airtel will still deduct money from my bill unless I fight for a refund. Why should customers pay for days when the service wasn't even available?

I've spent hours calling customer care, repeating the same issue over and over, but there has been no action, no technician visit, and no proper update. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

If you can't provide reliable broadband or timely support, don't promise "India's best network." Right now, this has been the worst broadband experience I've had.

Please resolve my issue immediately and ensure I am not charged for the downtime caused by your failure to provide service.
